How to Book

To book your place at The Falmouth Convention, please download and complete a booking form and return it to us.

You can either download and complete the Word version of the Booking Form and email it to us at [email protected] (once you have made your payment via PayPal) or you can download, print and complete the pdf version of the Booking Form and send it to us at:

Delegate Tickets
Standard Ticket: £100*
Student/Artist concessions: £40*

*Please note there will be a £5 booking fee for all card transactions.

Paying by cheque
Please make cheques payable to ProjectBase and include them with your booking form.

Paying with PayPal
Alternatively you can make a payment online with paypal. (Please note we still need to receive your completed booking form.)

You will receive confirmation that you have been allocated a place at The Falmouth Convention by email as soon as your completed form and payment has been received. We will send you a Conference pack by email two weeks before the Conference.

We strongly advise you to book accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please visit the Information section of our website for travel information and accommodation lists.

Further information about The Falmouth Convention will be placed on the website regularly. We will notify all those who have registered to our database of updates.
